TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
1. In the privileges program of Stavrakas club Members have the right to participate all the customers of the company.
2. The membership card may be transferred or assigned by the Member to any third party.
3. Stavrakas Club members has the right to revoke or change the terms and conditions of the points program without prior notice to its members, except in very special cases such as suspension or termination of the program.
4. The validation of the Member as Permanent is obtained upon receipt of the permanent numbered card.
5. Members are entitled to redeem their GIFT only if they have completed the necessary points.
6. At any time the Members have the right to access their personal data and to be informed or to object to the further processing of their data based on article 13 of Law 2472/97 for the protection of personal data.
7. The telephone numbers of the customers can be used to send messages on their mobile phone (birthday, holiday, customer information, etc.)
8. The data are valid from the date of registration and for 10 years. If the client wishes to continue in the program, beyond 10 years, he must sign the relevant form to continue in the program.
9. Receipt of a membership card from Stavrakas Confectioneries after consultation with the company for their receipt.
