Soumada is a traditional sweet beverage.
It consists of sweet and bitter almonds in a specific proportion giving us this unique drink.
To enjoy it dilute : 1 volume of sumada in 2 volumes of water.
It is usually served chilled.
You can accompany it with a rusk or a traditional ladokoulouro (oil roll) of Lefkada .!

Ingredients: Glucose syrup (contains SULPHITES), water, sugar, vegetable glycerol, natural flavourings (containsALMOND), emulsifiers: sucrose esters of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, preservative:potassium sorbate.It may contain traces of other nuts, milk, egg,
peanuts, sesame, soy and gluten.
Dilution: 1vol soumada – 2vol water.
Keep in cool and dry place.
